I have been working as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Cork, for 3 years now. My career path started in a very different direction to where I am now. After completing secondary school in Mayo, I worked in Dublin for over 15 years in FMCG Retail Sales and Management, developing and leading sales teams for large multinational blue chip food and confectionary companies.
In my mid-thirties I found myself at a crossroads with my own mental health struggles and needed to take a breath and give myself the time to reflect and take stock of my life.
