At McHugh House Counselling Room there are four beautifully and tastefully decorated therapy rooms available to rent with a bright spacious and private waiting area.
The waiting room is also available for hire and can be configured for small groups/training (Max 8) on Saturdays and Sundays. (Select Weekday Mornings on Request) with the added advantage of four break-out rooms.
The space is centrally located on the Grand Parade and has secure access via a buzzer system. The space is very bright, it is located on the first floor with the benefit of lift access (wheelchair and reduced mobility accessible).
There is a bathroom which is solely for the use of the counselling rooms.
The space benefits from a natural light-filled and spacious waiting room.
The rooms are available to rent to either student, pre-accredited or qualified psychotherapists/psychologists with their own professional insurance. The building and rooms are exceptionally well maintained and cared for. Adjacent business on the first floor is a reputable dental practice that has a separate access door. The rooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly and contain tissues, jugs, and glasses. There is a freshwater cooler in the waiting room for client use.
McHugh House has the advantage of a community feel and a sense of connection with other psychotherapists which can be challenging when working in private practice. As this is a busy practice there are constant and regular referrals available to other psychotherapists using McHugh House.
Rent is inclusive of Wi-Fi, light, heat, water rates, building rates and maintenance fees.
